Booking and Payment

Following the submission of the contact form, the client shall be contacted via email for detail confirmation and payment processing via PayPal. Subject to the receipt of the payment, the consultation will be confirmed.

The written report containing the judgment will be sent by email within a maximum of 3 days after payment receipt. Alternatively, we can arrange a 20-minute video call through Google Meet should that be preferred.

Cancellations and Refunds

Should a client wish to cancel their consultation after payment has been processed and the astrological analysis has been made, no refunds will be issued. The cost of the consultation covers my work, time, and expertise.

The Importance of a Asking the Right Question

For horary consultations to work, the question should be very important, specific, and of true intent.

Curiosity, impulsive, broad, unclear, or dishonest questions won’t work. Please read my guide on ‘asking a horary question’.

The chart will often show when there is alignment between the question nature, the time, and the natal chart of the querent (if known). This is called radicality. If there is no radicality, the horary might not work and I may decline the consultation request.

Declining a Horary Consultation Request

There will be cases where the horary chart does not show a clear connection to the querent’s natal chart (radicality), or when there is no astrological time agreement at the moment the question is asked, or when the horary chart does not present substantial astrological factors to consider the question, or when the question has very serious implications. In these cases, I may reserve the right to decline the consultation request.

The Importance of a Correct Time of Birth (If Known)

Birth data is not necessary for horary consultations, but it is desireable for verifying the radicality of the horary chart.

If the client does provide birth data, it must be precise date, place, and verified time of birth.

Clients will be asked to disclose the source of their birth time (e.g., a birth certificate).

Consultation Structure

The judgment will be delivered in written format by email. This includes data and problem overview, discussion of the astrological arguments, judgment, closing remarks and advice forward.

Confidentiality and Ethics

• All personal information disclosed during the consultation is held in strict confidence.

• My role is to interpret and communicate astrological symbolism. The consultation is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

• Any observations or interpretations shared during the session are not intended as suggestions, instructions, or professional advice.

• I do not provide medical, legal, or financial and investment horary services.

• The client retains full responsibility for their decisions and actions. By engaging in this service, the client agrees that I am not liable for any decisions made or actions taken.

• Any judgment provided represents a potential symbolic trend and does not constitute a predetermined or guaranteed future.

• The client is compensating me for my time and expertise, and not for a specific predicted judgment or outcome.

The client accepts and understands the aforementioned terms and conditions.
