Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds

Should a client wish to cancel their consultation after payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. A written judgment may be delivered, however.

Showing Late

If the client arrives late to the scheduled appointment, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. The duration of the consultation will not be extended to compensate for a late start.

The Importance of a Asking the Right Question

To provide an successful judgment, the question is very important. Please read my guide on ‘asking a horary question’.

By booking, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for providing a detailed and honest context, and understands that the quality of the judgment depends on clarity and genuine intent.

The Importance of a Correct Time of Birth (If Known)

Birth data is not necessary for horary consultations, but it is desireable for verifying the radicality of the horary chart.

If the client does provide birth data, it must be precise date, place, and verified time of birth.

Clients will be asked to disclose the source of their birth time (e.g., a birth certificate).

By booking, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for providing accurate data (if they know it).
