Payment and Confirmation

Upon submission of the booking form, the client will be contacted via email to confirm service details and receive a PayPal payment request.

Work on the report will commence only after full payment has been received.

Delivery and Follow-up

The completed report will be delivered in PDF format via email within 14 days of the payment date.

Following delivery, the client is entitled to send one follow-up email to request clarification or ask questions regarding the content of the report.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of this work, no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed and the preparation of the report has begun.

The Importance of a Correct Time of Birth

To provide an accurate astrological reading, the client must provide a precise date, place, and verified time of birth.

Clients will be asked to disclose the source of their birth time (e.g., a birth certificate).

An exact and verified time of birth is essential for a high-quality consultation.

By booking, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for providing accurate data and understands that the quality of the interpretation depends on this accuracy.

Confidentiality and Ethics

By engaging in this service, the client agrees that I am not liable for any decisions made, or actions taken, by the client following the report. The client exercises their own free will at all times.

• Nature of Forecasts: Any forecast provided represents potential symbolic trends and does not constitute a predetermined or guaranteed future.

• Service Definition: The client is compensating the practitioner for their time and expertise, rather than a specific predicted outcome.
