terms and conditions for online consultations
Booking and Payment
Following the submission of the booking form, the client shall be contacted via email for detail confirmation and payment processing via PayPal. Subject to the receipt of the payment, an online scheduling link will be issued to facilitate appointment slot selection.
If the client is unable to find a suitable time slot via the online agenda, they are encouraged to contact me directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds
Should a client wish to cancel their consultation after payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling is permitted once per booking. Subsequent requests to reschedule may result in the cancellation of the consultation at my discretion, without a refund.
Showing Late
If the client arrives late to the scheduled appointment, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. The duration of the consultation will not be extended to compensate for a late start.
The Importance of a Correct Time of Birth
To provide an accurate astrological reading, the client must provide a precise date, place, and verified time of birth.
Clients will be asked to disclose the source of their birth time (e.g., a birth certificate).
An exact and verified time of birth is essential for a high-quality consultation.
By booking, the client acknowledges that they are responsible for providing accurate data and understands that the quality of the interpretation depends on this accuracy.
Consultation Structure and Flow
The consultation is a collaborative dialogue based on the interpretation of astrological symbols representing the client’s cosmic patterns or specific inquiries.
Introduction:
Initial Assessment: The client will be asked to provide an overview of their current situation and clarify their goals for the consultation.
Interpretation: I will apply my previously prepared astrological analysis to the client’s specific context.
Dialogue: The consultation relies on active, mutual participation between the practitioner and the client.
Confidentiality and Ethics
Confidentiality: All personal information disclosed during the consultation is held in strict confidence.
Responsibility: My role is to interpret and communicate astrological symbolism to foster awareness. The consultation is intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Non-Directive Nature: Any observations or interpretations shared during the session are not intended as suggestions, instructions, or professional advice. I do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological counsel.
Client Autonomy and Liability: The client retains full responsibility for their life choices and actions. By engaging in this service, the client agrees that I am not liable for any decisions made, or actions taken, by the client following the consultation. The client exercises their own free will at all times.
Nature of Forecasts: Any forecast provided represents potential symbolic trends and does not constitute a predetermined or guaranteed future.
Service Definition: The client is compensating the practitioner for their time and expertise, rather than a specific predicted outcome.
The client accepts and understands the aforementioned terms and conditions.
